We’re still looking for some of the really old photographs so please let us know of anybody who might let us borrow them for scanning and display on this website.
The first seven pictures relate to the Little League visit to Severna Park, Maryland, U.S.A. in 1980 when 32 players drawn from all Little Leagues in South London took part in several football matches with the American players. All of our players, managers and supporters were taken into the homes of our American hosts and a great time was had by all. We had two boys in the Little League teams - Rob Jeal, a Lions player and Clifford Kirby from Colts. These two lad are indicated in a couple of the photographs.
